How the Nut Conveyor System Works
The vibrating plate generates controlled vibrations that rotate and move nuts along a pre-set trajectory. Standard-compliant nuts are screened and directed into the conveying pipeline, where a distributor positions them into the conveying gun. An internal ejector rod delivers the nut to the designated station, completing the automated feeding process. When used with spot welding equipment, the ejector rod automatically retracts once the nut reaches the welding machine's positioning pin, allowing for immediate welding completion.
