The extruder barrel liner is a critical component for extrusion systems. Our high-performance

barrel liner is produced using an advanced deposition cladding technology and engineered

with our premium OS60 (BLM60) alloy material.

This solution plays a key role in ensuring stable and efficient extruder operation. It doubles

the service life of both the extruder barrel and screw, improves the overall quality of extruded

 products, and greatly lowers maintenance costs for production lines.



We are proud to introduce our industry-first Innovations, exclusive deposition-clad technology.
The Rockwell hardness of the deposited Ni60 coating can consistently reach HRC 58–62,
which is significantly higher than that achieved by laser cladding (HRC 50–55). This places
 it at the advanced level of comparable products from Germany and Japan, with wear
resistance more than double that of laser cladding.
