Introduction
CuCrZr round seam welding electrode discs are supplied as semi-finished blanks or fully machined finished welding wheels. Manufactured from copper chromium zirconium alloy, these electrode rollers are core consumables for resistance seam welders. Blank discs reserve machining allowance for custom grooving and profiling, while finished wheels can be mounted directly on welding equipment. They deliver stable conductivity and consistent welding results under continuous high-load production.
