KCF Materials is a specialized alloy that, when heat-treated at 1220°C, develops an excellent insulating layer approximately 8-15μm thick on its surface. This material is extensively used in resistance welding applications for manufacturing insulated location pins (guide pins) and location bushings (guide sleeves) for nut and bolt welding operations.
