Product Description
Our triple bimetallic screw barrel liner is a heavy-duty consumable component engineered exclusively for tri-screw co-rotating extruders. The monoblock three-bore integrated design matches intermeshed tri-screw geometry, enabling continuous conveying, melting, shearing and homogenization of polymer materials.
The inner working bores adopt centrifugal casting bimetallic cladding with tungsten carbide or nickel-based alloy. This liner is built to withstand severe erosion from abrasive fillers in polymer modification processes.
