Nickel alloy Incoloy 800 tube ASTM B514 has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and good pitting resistance in all environments except strongly oxidizing chloride solutions. Alloy 825 is used in chemical processing, pollution control, oil and gas recovery, acid production, pickling operations, nuclear fuel reprocessing and handling of radioactive wastes.
800/800H/800HT Characteristic as below

800H is face-centered cubic lattice structure. very low carbon centent and increased Ti:C rate
improve the stability of the structure, anti-allergy , and anti-intergranular corrosion. Low temperature annealing of 950°C ensure the fine grain structure.
