1 . Descriptions:

KCF Materials is a kind of special alloy materials, when it has been heat treated with 1220C temperature, there will be a good insulating layer with thickness about 8-15um appeared on its surface.

This alloy materials is widely used in resistance welding industry, it can be made into insulated location pins(guid pins) and Location bushings(guid sleeves) for nut welding or bolt welding .the guid pins and sleeves have good durability, excellent insulativity, super surface hardness and anti-abrasive capability.
