This bimetallic screw barrel features a 2-5mm thick alloy coating on the inner wall, providing exceptional corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and high-temperature performance. Compared to standard nitrided barrels, it offers significantly extended service life, particularly when processing challenging materials.
Key Applications
Compatible with various vertical and horizontal injection machines, extruders, injection molding machines, bakelite machines, rubber cylinders, and film blowing machines.
Material Compatibility
Ideal for processing LCP, PA+GF, PET+GF, PBT+GF, PC+GF plastics with glass fiber additives, fire retardants, carbon powder, PPA, PPO, LCP, magnetic powder, PC, and other engineering plastics.
