Locator pin can be supplied in different materials: ceramic, KCF and stainless steel. KCF is a special heat treated alloy with a hard, insulating skin which lasts much longer than ceramic though with higher initial price. Senwang offers a range of standard designs while special designs can also be made to order.
We generally use ceramic guide pins as a welding nut positioning pin, but because of the toughness of ceramics is poor, fragile, so now KCF guide pin instead of ceramic is more and more popular.
