Brush Research Flex Hone both for hydraulic & IC ENGINE BORES AND LINERS. These are also extensively used in Plateau honing

of small bores. The special construction afford a mild but constant pressure against the wall of the cylinder giving a fairly uniform material removal & surface finish in the bore. grits and sizes can be selected based on individual application and techincal parameters.

Our honing brush can remove internal burrs and passivate the angle of internal grooves. Burrs will be generated at the grooves and intersecting lines of the internal holes in the general mehanical addiation.

These burrs will scratch the rotary axis that is compatible with the holes, reduce the accuracy. and cause

leakage in the valve body, thus affecting the product quality.

Benefits

The effect of polishing, after honing, makes the hole have higher accuracy, has achieved more accurate matching .

Specification for honing abrasive brush: 4---500mm

The commonly used grain of honing brush: 80--3000 #

Abrasive honing brush material: boron carbide, black silicon carbide, green silicon carbide, brown corundum, white corundum

Recommended speed of honing abrasive brush: 600-1400 RPM
