Complete production line for manufacturing recycled paper trays including apple trays and egg trays. The system integrates pulping, forming, drying, and automatic stacking processes for efficient paper tray production.
Production Line Sections
1. Pulping System
- Converts waste paper into pulp using hydrapulper, pump, disk mill (refiner), and mixer
2. Forming System
- Transforms pulp into wet trays using molding machine, molds, vacuum pumps, air compressor, and electrical controller
3. Drying System
- Dries wet trays for immediate use with oven, chains, trays, heating pipes, fans, and boiler
4. Automatic Stacker
- Features automatic counting and stacking with preset quantity capability (100pcs or 200pcs per pile)
- Includes alarm system and simultaneous product stacking for direct packaging
