Egg tray machine
This machine is composed of the following sections:
1. Egg Tray Pulping System:
hydrapulper,water pump, pulp pump, mixter with blades, etc.
2. Egg Tray Molding Forming System : forming molds and transferring molds, forming machine, electrical cabinet, PLC controlled, vacuum pump with vacuum tank, air compressor with air tank, valves, etc.
3. Egg Tray Drying system (can use gas,dissel,coal for Boiler burner)

4. Egg Tray Automatic counting(optional):
After drying line ,the egg trays go to the automatic counting and stacking system. You can preset the quantity of one pile ,such as 100pcs or 200pcs, when the quantity no is done, the counting device will be alarmed. And the products stacked at the same time. You can packaged them directly .
