This industrial machine component features an auto-splicer capable of butt-to-butt splicing. When paper joints pass through subsequent processes, the corona doesn't need to stop (unlike with lapped splicing), preventing material waste due to lack of corona. Additionally, the pressure roll remains stable during paper jointing, eliminating harmful impacts on pressure and chill rolls.
