PRE-TREATMENT
The pre-treatment includes corona treatment and static elimination on the surface of base materials. In extrusion coating process, corona treatment helps molten web permeate into surface pores under pressure roll pressure, improving adhesion between coating film and base materials.
- Corona treatment automatically stops below 20m/min and resumes above 20m/min
- Equipped with work condition indicating lamp and oil-immersed high-frequency transformer
- Features electric digital meter reading output power and adjustable low-speed interlock
- Provides warnings for overheat, hyper-charger, breakdown and corona loss
- Operates with high-efficiency and low-consumption
Compound Machine
The compound device consists of cooling roller, silicone rubber pressure roller, back-up roller, discharge roller, trimming deflashing device, and wheelwork pneumatic device. This key extrusion lamination device performs composite, cooling and shaping functions.
Production line features external hard chromium plating and steel rollers with double-deck clamp cover auger-type screw channel. Cooling water in the clamp cover removes heat from melted thin film, improving fastness, smoothness and appearance of composite products.
