1. How to place the order?

Please send inquiry to us. We will help you confirm the products and the quantity you need, and send you

the invoice and payment information.

We can accept the payment by T/T, Paypal and .

2. Can you provide samples? Are the samples free?

For small products, such as endo files, dental burs, acrylic resin teeth, retractors, and other small materials,

we can provide free sample, but the buyer need to pay the freight in advance.

3. How about the warranty?

For non-consumable products, like dental chair, X ray unit, ultrasonic scaler etc, we can provide one year warranty.

Please provide photo or video to describe the problems, we will suggest solutions or send spare part. Shipping cost

will be undertaken by the buyer.

4. Do you have CE or FDA for your products?

Yes, most products have CE and FDA certificates. Our products have been exported to many countries successfully.
