I. Design base

The total height of the product is 500mm, namely: 2440*1220*500mm.

Packaging efficiency requirements: To meet factory capacity of 350m³ / day

Descriptions:

The goods are placed on the conveyor line, and the conveyors convey the pallets to strapping position. The strapper starts automatically, it adds block at the bottom of pallets and bundling the first strapping belt automatically, pallets move a short distance and machine adds second block and strapping PET, Repeat the work again for the third time adding block and strapping.

After strapped, the pallets will be conveyed to the next position.

III. Quotation
