Ⅰ EXPLANATION OF WORKING PRINCIPLE
SCR(Silicon Control) frequency converter is a device that converts 50 Hz power frequency current into medium (high) frequency current by using thyristor. It’s mainly used in field of induction heating and induction melting.
Our KGPS-10 (energy-saving) frequency converter device is a new type of frequency converter device based on national industry standard JB/T4280-93 and combined with our years of production experience. Because it uses modular structure, digital scanning and highly integrated circuits, therefore it has many advantages such like fast speed, less power consumption, easy starting and less malfunction. It is not only suitable for melting, but also good for induction heat treatment (e.g. diathermy, quenching, elbow, welding, etc.). The induction furnace matched with it is called "GWJ series medium (high) frequency coreless induction furnace".
