The project mainly includes: overall planning and design of the project; layout design of submerged arc furnace workshop; production process design; layout design of main and auxiliary workshop, material storage area, electric furnace water supply and drainage, circulating water tank, etc.; other auxiliary equipment and facilities, including high and low voltage lines in the plant area, 10kV switch station, high and low voltage distribution room, submerged arc furnace cooling water and water treatment, environmental protection and dust removal, machine repair, laboratory and ground Pounds, etc.
Raw material for silicon manganese production are: silica, coke, manganese ore, rich manganese ore, return slag, and lime.
