CMT can design and customized the silica fume densification system according to your dust removel system.
Description
The silicon powder densification system adopts compressed air to densify the silicon powder.
Without changing the properties of silicon powder, the silicon particles collide with each other and the surface tension changes.
The silicon particles polymerize into 1-3mm large particles, which can increase the density of silicon powder from ≤ 200kg / m3 to 400-800kg / m3. Finally the silicon powder can be packaged into 50kg / bag or 1000kg / bag.
