1. Description
The biggest advantage of the double layer roll forming machine for roofs and cladding panels is that one double-layer roll forming machine can produce two design panels.
Generally, a single-layer molding machine or a single-layer molding machine can only perform roof design once.
Therefore, if the customer has limited installation space and requires two roof designs, it is best to choose a double-layer machine.
The machines on the first floor include a 5-ton manual decoiler, a forming machine with post-cutting, a hydraulic station and a used PLC controller.
The double layer machine has additional positioning rollers and cutters for other roof designs. In other words, the two sets of rollers are shared with the machine base, motor, hydraulic station, PLC controller and cutting frame.
Therefore, the double layer molding machine can only process one layer at a time.
