Carbon Steel Tube JIS G3462 STBA22, STBA23 for Boiler and Heat Exchanger
This Japanese Industrial standard specifies the carbon steel tubes,hereinafter refered to as "tubes",used for exchanging heat on the inside and outside of the tube,such as water tubes,smoke tubes,catalyser tubes,etc.used in chemical and petroleum industries. however,it is not applicable to the steel tubes for heating furnace and steel heat exchanger tubes for low temperature service.

Main steel grades: STBA22, STBA23
Application: used for exchanging heat on the inside and outside of the tube, such as water tubes, smoke tubes, superherater tubes, air preheater tubes, etc. of boilers, and heat exchanger industries. it is not applicable to the steel tubes for heating furnace and those for heat exchangers for low temperature service.

Inspection and Test: chemical composition test, mechanical properties test(tensile, yield, elongation), process properties test(flatting, flaring, bending, hardness, impact, etc.), appearance and size test, non-destructive inspection test, hydrostastic test.
Delivery status: Annealed, normalized, normalized+Tempered, etc.
End: plain end, beveled end, threaded
End protection: plastic caps
Outside coating: black painting, anti-corrosion oil,galvanized finish, finish as per customer requirements.
Packing: Exporting package/wooden box /as requirement.
