(1) BK (+C): No heat treatment after last cold forming process; (2) BKW (+LC): After last heat treatment there is a light finishing pass (cold drawing); (3) BKS (+SR): After the final cold forming process the tubes are stress relieve annealed; (4) GBK (+A): After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere; (5) NBK (+N): After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed above the upper transformation point in a controlled atmosphere. |

Cold Drawn Seamless also called CDS tube, is made from the hot billets by piercing, subsequent rolling, and elongating process to be passed through the die over a mandrel plug and finally to reach the designed accurate diameter and wall thickness. Cold Drawn Seamless (CDS) manufacturing process can greatly increase the strength of the seamless steel pipe and makes it very suitable for critical high safety and high performance applications. Our seamless pipes are made of high quality raw material by automatic production line with strict quality control. Our CDS tubes have high dimensional tolerances, excellent section features, better surface finish and higher mechanical properties than the corresponding grades of hot finished seamless steel tubes.
