1.Are you factory?
Yes, exactly. We are 100% factory and manufacturer with more than 15 years of experience. We have full equipments, along with well-trained and experienced staffs. Here, quality and delivery are always ensured, and you are warmly welcomed to visit us at your convenience.

2. Location?
Our factory is planted in Jiading District, Shanghai, China. For our clients' convinience, we also locate our office at central Changfeng Business Area, which only takes an hour drive from Shanghai Pudong International Airport.

3. What you do?
We produce banners, advertising sign boards, X-banner stands, stickers, advertising flags, roll-up banners, life size cutouts, light boxes, board stands, and table signs.

4.MOQ?
We do not have MOQ for most of our products.

5.Can I get a sample before bulk production?
Certainly, we will make a pre-production sample for you to check. The mass production will begin once we come to an agreement of the order.

6.Can you send me a price catalogue?
Our products are all customized since different customers have different requirements. If you have any requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always here.

7.Regarding the price
The price depends on the size and the materials of the products you prefer, the more information you provide, the more accurate price you will receive.

8.Payment?
We accept payment by TT, Western Union. For high value orders, we also accept L/C payment.

9.Delivery time?
For sample making, it only takes 3-7days depending on the design; for mass production, it takes no more than 20 days after sample approval.

10.What kind of printers do you have?
We have MUTON pictorial machines, Epson pictorial machines, 3 meters wide with 6 colors plus white UV printers, Flat bed UV printer, HP 3 meters wide Latex eco-friendly printer, Epson weak solvent outdoor with 9 colors pictorial machines, silk printing machines, auxiliary equipments including automatic cutting machines, and so on.

11. Did your products available print logo, change color?
Yes, all of our products are customized. Format, color, logo, and packing can all be made as our clients request.

12.How long does your material can keep for outdoor using?
Depending on the materials and printing inks, they usually last 3-36 months. UV and Latex inks can last at least 3 years.

13.What type of artwork request?
CDR, AI, PDF, JPG are all acceptable.

14.What resolution does my file need to be?
If your image size is small, we recommend at least 300 dpi -- the higher the resolution of the imgae the better it will be. If your image is big enough, about 2 meters in width or height, we recommend at least 150 dpi.

15.Can you deliver the printing products to exhibitions in China?
Yes, of course. Please tell us the address and delivery date.

16.What is trade assurance?

17.Why can you say your product have good quality?
Quality is our priority. Our Quality Control starts from the very beginning and continues until the end of the production. Every product will also be carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.

18.How about the packaging of your product?
Our main packaging is the Standad Export Carton. We can also make customized changes based on your requests, such as packing each product individually.
