Q: How can I place an order?

You can contact any of our sales by email, skype, whatsapp or other instance ways.

Please provide the details of your requirements as clear as possible.

Then we can send the offer to you in the first time.

Q: What kind of files do you accept for printing?

Vector format design files. Like EPS, CDR, AI or PDF.

Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?

We can provide samples(the cards we did before) as free, if you willing to pay the express freight.

Printing sample follow your design file will cost sample fee. It can be return when you confirmed

bulk order over 5,000pcs for metal card, 50,000pcs for pvc card.

Q: How long can I expect to get the samples?

After you pay the shipping cost, we will arrange samples at once.

The samples follow your design file needs around 5-7 working days after we get sample cost and design file.

Delivery time via express is around 1-5 working days depends on different country.

Q: What about the lead time for mass production?

Usually 8-11 working days for quantity less than 500pcs.

10-13 working days for about 1000pcs for normal metal card.

Special luxury crafts will takes more 3-5 working days.

Q: What is the terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF.

Q: What is the terms of payment?

We accept T/T, Western Union, Alipay, Wechat, Cash.

Q: What is the shipping?

Normally we use DHL because we are VIP client towards DHL and DHL provides us 70% discount

for the shipping cost so we can save a lot of shipping cost for our customer. 95% of our customer

choose DHL express. It only takes 1-3 working days for delivery.

We also can send by TNT, Fedex, China Post, etc. as client's request.

For big quanitty cargo, we can send by Air or Sea.
