Overview

The repid wet mixing granulator is a relatively rapid solid pharmaceutical preparation equipment developed in recent years. The process combines the two-step mixing and granulation process, which saves time and meets GMP requirements and reduces cross-contamination. Improving efficiency is a quick and easy way to save and is very popular among users. In the current solid preparation process, the wet mixing granulator is the most used granulation equipment and is also the most economical. Generally speaking, the particles prepared by wet mixing granulation have irregular shape, uniform particle size distribution, better structure than other conventional granulation processes, strong compressibility, good solubility and moderate moisture permeability. At different granulating speeds, the particle size of the particles is between 12 and 100 mesh. The distribution range can be selected from different granulation speeds and stirring paddle speeds. (When the granulation speed is slow, the particle size becomes larger and the rotation speed is gradually increased. Accelerate and gradually reduce the particle size; when the stirring paddle speed is slow, the particle size is small, the rotation speed is gradually increased and the particle size is gradually increased, and the two functions are just the opposite).
