1. This powder mixer machine is suitable for ambient temperature of -5? C - 40? C, relative humidity <90%, the most suitable temperature, should be placed in a ventilated, dry, clean position.
2. It is strictly forbidden for underage children to contact the machine without authorization to avoid accidents.
3. The lubrication of the reducer is oil-immersed. The oil storage capacity must be kept on the oil mark line, and the oil quality must be kept clean. If it is used frequently, it must be changed every three months. When replacing, the gear unit should be removed and cleaned, and new oil should be added.
4. The control parts of the mixer electrical equipment should be kept clean and sensitive, and the fault should be repaired in time.
5. When using once or stopping work, the remaining materials in the V-shaped barrel should be taken out and the residual powder in each part of the machine should be brushed. If the deactivation time is long, the V-type mixer must be wiped clean and covered with a tarpaulin.
6. When the V-type bucket is assembled and disassembled, it should be lightly disassembled, stabilized and placed gently to avoid deformation damage.
7. Regularly inspect the machine parts 1-2 times a month. Check whether the moving parts, power transmission, gearbox and other movable parts are flexible and wearable. The defects should be repaired in time so that the mixer can be used normally.
