- Damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, wrong dimension, or use beyond track design
- Damage caused by poor machinery condition, machinery adjustment, or incorrect maintenance for chassis
- Damage caused by using in inappropriate environmental conditions
- Small apparent defects and surface damage affecting appearance but not track functionality
- Incorrect use or installation as judged by TAITE company
