Polypropylene filter bag soap is a bag filter element made of polypropylene material, mainly used in petrochemical, paint and medicine, automobile manufacturing, food and beverage and other fields.
The filter material forms a three-dimensional, highly porous and intricate filter layer. Its key feature is the loose fiber structure, which significantly increases the capacity to hold impurities. This type of fiber material operates in a circumfer-ential interception mode, effectively removing solid and soft particles. Larger particle impurities are retained on the fiber surface, while finer particles are carried to the deeper layers of
the filter material. During use, it does not break down due to increased pressure, thus achieving high filtration efficiency. The filter cloth undergoes high-temperature surface heat treatment and instant pressing technology/finishing treatment, effectively preventing fiber damage from high-speed liquid impact. This ensures no fibers fall off, preventing filter fluid contamination, and avoids the excessive clogging of filter pores caused by traditional pressing methods, which can shorten the filter bag's lifespan. Additionally, the low pressure difference does not affect the flow rate.
