White fused alumina/White aluminium oxide (WA)is electrically fused in the furnace with high grade bayer processed alumina as raw material..It has high purity,ability of self-sharpening,better cutting,less heat emit,higher efficiency,acid and alkali resistance,good thermal stability.Abrasives tools made of it are suitable for grinding high-speed,high carbon steel ,etc.It also can be used as materialsfor grinding and polishing,precision casting,spaying and coating, medium body for chemical industry,special ceramics and high-grade refractory materials,etc.
Product Performance
White fused alumina Occupying higher hardness and slightly lower toughness compared with Brown Fused Alumina, it is characterised by its high purity, better cutting,ability of self-sharpening, less heat emit during grinding, higher efficiency,acid and alkali resistance, and good thermal stability. Abrasive tools made of it are suitable for grinding high-speed, high carbon steel,etc.
Application:
* Apply to quickly remove the heat treatment of bearing rings, rolling surface of the oxide skin;
* Apply to bearings, cylindrical roller, tapered roller, spherical roller, needle roller surface polishing, greatly improve the surface roughness and brightness
* Suitable for stamping, combined iron holder for chamfering and deburring, polishing for copper holder to completely replace the original pickling, polishing process for chamfering, deburring, polishing not only improve the quality of products, and improve the working environment, in accordance with the national environmental protection requirements.
