Process Of Production
Fused magnesium aluminum spinel is produced by mixingthe industrial alumina with the high-purity caustic-burnedmagnesia, smelting with high temperature more than 2000 degreecentigrade in the electric-arc furnaces. And it can be processedinto various sizes of particles according to the clients demands.Its grain is well developed with the features of compact textureand uniform structure, and there fore is the high-grade rawmaterial for producing refractory products with high in density andgood thermal shock resistance ( spinel and magnesia, etc. ).
• Fused magnesium aluminum spinel has the characteristicsof high bulk density, high thermal shock resistance, strongcorrosion resistance and slag- resistance. It is widely used iniron and steel melting, cement rotary kiln and glass furnace, asthe ideal material for manufacturing cast sliding plate, nozzlebricks, ladle bricks and open hearth furnace bricks, as well as thebasic material for ecotone bricks of large cement kilns, mediumcement kilns, refractory castable materials, and first-class andmedium-class kiln furniture.
