Process Of Production

Manufactured from high purity magnesia and Bayer process alumina in large electric arc furnace,it has excellent refractory properties, and can be used to produce Bricks and Castacles in areas where slad resistance is key.

Fused magnesium aluminum spinel has the characteristics of high bulk density, high thermal shock resistance, strong corrosion resistance and slag- resistance. It is widely used in iron and steel melting, cement rotary kiln and glass furnace, as the ideal material for manufacturing cast sliding plate, nozzle bricks, ladle bricks and open hearth furnace bricks, as well as the basic material for ecotone bricks of large cement kilns, medium cement kilns, refractory castable materials, and first-class and medium-class kiln furniture.
