In order to ensure the working efficiency of the solid-liquid separator, we should maintain the components regularly.

• Add lubricating oil to the reducer.
• Regularly add lubricating oil to the parts that need lubrication, ensure good lubrication effect and reduce the wear loss to the solid-liquid separator.
• No overload operation.
• To cleaning screen once 1-2 months with high pressure water gun or water. After cleaning, pay attention to the installation position of the screen.
• If it is found that there is less effluent from the liquid outlet, please wash the screen then turn on the machine.
