Application
XPE underlay is a dense foam underlayment ideal for floating laminate and engineered wood floors. This product is designed for on or above grade installations.
The foam construction reduces everyday surface noise and provides resistance to moisture, mold and mildew. It is easy to install with a plastic overlap and adhesive strip to join multiple rows.
Suitable for ALL glue down, nail down, and floating Laminate, Engineered Wood and Hardwood flooring installations

1)What's the difference between XPE & EPE?
Both XPE and EPE are polyethylene foam, but their foaming process are different. XPE with normal density of 33kg/m3, and EPE is 18kg/m3; XPE can be fireproof, while EPE is not; Also XPE has longer uselife than EPE, but EPE is much cheaper.
2)What's the structure of your pure aluminum film?
We use the pure aluminum film with PET/AL/PE layers, the PET can protect Al from oxidation and corrosion.
3) What's the R-value?
The R-value differ with material structure and thickness, normally rang from 2.4-3.5.
4)What's the advantage of your insulation?
Our insulation have good performance on heat-resistant, fireproof, waterproof, heavy duty, lightweight, Eco-friendly and so on.
5) What tools are needed for installation?
Staple gun, utility knife, nails/screws, hammer, aluminum tape, etc.
