Expanding Closed Cell Aluminum Foil Insulation Foam Polyethylene Sheet

 

Physically irradiated closed cell cross linked foam available in densities ranging from 25ks/m3- 330kgs/m3 and in thicknesses as low as 0.2mm make these grades of foam ideal for tape applications, whether it be single sided or double sided. Typically available in black and white, other colours are available to order. Standard densities of 25-30kgs/m3, in rolls ranging from 2mm – 12mm are normally stock items.

Applications for HVAC seals, NVH gaskets and seals within the automotive sector, printing industry and medical tapes are just a few of the day to day use age of this grade of foam.

XPE / IXPEinsulation pe foam is made by closed cell chemical cross-linked polyethylene foam, adhesive backing and faced with pure aluminum foil and it's flame retardant as well. Widely used in HVAC duct / pipe insulation.
