KITZ with veson pneumatic actuator type (double acting)

· The aluminum die-cast alloy actuator enclosure and double piston drive configuration combine for a compact, lightweight actuator.

· Composed of the minimum number of components, The veson pneumatic actuator is least susceptible to failures and provides excellent durability.

· A dedicated solenoid valve can be attached directly to the actuator, eliminating difficult piping arrangement.

· The double piston type rack and pinion structure provide a quarter-turn actuator with excellent efficiency.

· The veson pneumatic actuator type can be directly connected to the KITZ valve using only two bolts 

Veson air actuated ANSI 150# stainless steel flanged ball valves are designed for general chemical and industrial applications. Full port 2-piece designed investment cast valve direct mounts to the actuator with standard ISO5211 mounting pad. Double acting actuators use an air pressure signal (80-120 PSI) to open and close the valve. High temperature valve mounting kit available for extended temperature range or wall mounting applications. Ball valve can be mounted in any orientation. All valves are tested per API 598.
