VESON VSM series manual override declutchable gearboxes with torque ratings from 300Nm to 3200Nm feature ISO actuator and valve mountings. These gearboxes provide reliable manual positioning for quarter-turn valves and devices where manual override capability is required on pneumatic or hydraulic rotary actuators.

The gearbox connects to the valve bottom surface and interfaces with the cylinder on the support surface. The valve shaft passes through the worm hole, with the valve shaft end square matching the cylinder hole.

When the handle is in the upper position, manual operation is enabled. Pull out the limit pin and rotate the handle clockwise to the lower position to disengage the worm gear for pneumatic operation.

When the handle is in the lower position, pneumatic operation is enabled. Pull out the limit pin and rotate the handle counterclockwise to the upper position to engage the worm gear for manual operation.
