Counterclockwise (CCW): Air to port A forces pistons outward, compressing springs and turning pinion counterclockwise while exhausting air from port B.
Clockwise (CW): Air to port B forces pistons outward, compressing springs and turning pinion clockwise while exhausting air from port A.
Counterclockwise (CCW): Air to port A forces pistons outward, turning pinion counterclockwise while exhausting air from port B.
Clockwise (CW): Air to port B forces pistons inward, turning pinion clockwise while exhausting air from port A.
