3-Position Operation
Position 1 (Intermediate Position)
Air supplied to ports 2 and D with exhaust at ports 4 and C. Auxiliary pistons center to create mechanical stops at desired intermediate position (5°, 20°, 30°, 50°, 75°, etc.).
Position 2 (Fully Open Position)
Air supplied to port 2 and port C with exhaust at port 4. Internal pistons complete opening stroke to 90°.
Position 3 (Fully Closed Position)
Air supplied to port 4 with exhaust at port 2, returning actuator to 0° position.
