- Position Indicator: Standard open/closed indicators for clear valve position visibility
- Travel Adjustment: Dual bolt adjustment system with ±5° precision at 0° and 90° positions
- End Caps: Heavy die-cast aluminum with epoxy polyester coating for optimal performance
- Heavy Duty Springs: Compound high-strength alloy steel springs for maximum performance and longevity
- Pinion Gear: Medium-carbon steel with nickel plating for minimal friction and corrosion resistance
- Piston Guides: Self-lubricating epoxy resin with GF for reliability and stability
- Piston Seals: NBR-70 rubber sealing rings for normal temperature operation; FPM available for extreme temperatures
- Piston Design: Die-cast aluminum alloy with high-quality seals for maximum torque output
