Position Indicator
NAMUR-compliant indicator facilitates easy mounting of accessories including limit switch boxes and positioners.
High-Precision Pinion
Integrative nickel-alloy steel construction fully conforms to ISO5211, DIN3337, and NAMUR standards. Custom dimensions available with stainless steel options.
Actuator Body
Extruded aluminum alloy ASTM6005 with multiple surface treatment options: hard anodized, powder polyester painted (blue, orange, yellow), PTFE, or nickel plated.
End Caps
Die-cast aluminum with powder polyester coating in various colors, PTFE, or nickel plating.
Pistons
Twin rack pistons from die-cast aluminum with hard anodizing or cast steel with galvanization. Symmetric mounting ensures long cycle life and fast operation.
Travel Adjustment
Two independent external travel stop adjustment bolts provide ±5° precision adjustment in both open and close directions.
High-Performance Springs
Preloaded coating springs with corrosion resistance and extended service life. Torque requirements accommodated by adjustable spring quantities.
Bearings & Guides
Low-friction, long-life compound materials prevent direct metal contact. Easy maintenance and replacement.
O-Rings

Spring Return Actuator Operation
Pistons extend outward to compress springs, rotating pinion counterclockwise while exhausting air from port B. Upon pressure loss at port A, stored spring energy retracts pistons, rotating pinion clockwise while exhausting air from port A.
