Pneumatic Rotary Actuator Description
Veson VS series Pneumatic Rotary Actuator is designed, manufactured and developed on the basis of adopting new technology, new material, new technique and new concept of creativity at home and abroad. Its characters as follows:
l Full compliance with the latest international specifications: ISO5211, DIN3337, VDINDE-3845, NAMUR standard.
l Extruded high-strength aluminum cylinder, whose inner surface is treated by fine grinding and hard anode oxidation, to ensure the long service life, low friction coefficient and quick action.
l Beautiful, compact and modern design. Various models of products make the selection more economical.
l All active parts are using high quality bearings, low friction, long life and no noise.
l Install two independent travel adjusting mechanism, which is convenient for the ±5 degree fully open or fully closed position adjustment.
l The Actuators have two models. One is double acting model, and the other is single acting(spring return) model, and their external structures are the same. The single acting model include normal-closed model and normal-open model.
l NAMUR standard visual multi-functional position indicator installs and inputs all accessories.
l Pre-compression load spring, which is convenient and safe to install and disassemble.
l The piston and end cover are made of die casting aluminum alloy, with high strength and light weight.
l Changing the seal materials, which can be used in high or low temperature worksite.
l Install the Solenoid Valve directly, with no connecting plate.
