1. Machine Application
The machine is for grinding/polishing bottom edge of flat glass, with arris grinding. Suitable for processing the different size and thickness flat glass edging, arris, rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing will be finished at one time.
2. Structure:
The machine is composed of four parts:
mechanical parts, electrical cabinet, glass support rack and input/ output conveyer.

5. Machine Main Features:
5.1. With High precision special motor for straight edge use, making the cut glass, such as mud.
5.2. The overload protection circuit, which guarantees the safety of the grinding head motor.
5.3. The front and back platen are specially grinding process. When grinding the thin glass, the chamfering size very good,
without breaking the glass.
5.4. Equipped with wear-resisting gib at the front & back pads, guarantee for the high strength work.
5.5. Adopts stepless adjustment, wide adjustable range, speed smoothly.
5.6. When different thickness of glass, it can refer to the front Numbers table to adjust.
5.7. Chamfering motor and front pad move synchronously.
5.8. Unique streamlined shape control electric box.
5.9. Shield, electrical box, the scaffolding are with pickling, phosphating, high temperature of the lacquer that bake paint technology, which can make the machine like brand new after for a long time.
5.10. Grinding head water tank is made of high quality stainless steel, stainless steel edge through special process, won't hurt.
5.11. Thick casting base, girders, make the machine durable and won’t deform even where the temperature difference is bigger.
