LV-QX1600 Glass washing and drying machine is a traditional product, which adopts horizontal conveying to clean and dry the glass by 4 pairs of brush and 3 pairs of sponge roller and small hot drier. Speed adjusted by variable motor. It fits for tempered glass, art glass, appliance glass, furniture glass and any other flat glass processing. Customized requirement is available to meet yr approval.
1. Standard machine adopts chain system.
2. The whole cover is made in stainless steel.
3. The working speed is adjustable via step regulator.
4. Dry system: with wind blower for hot drying.
5. The temperature is showed in digital readout.
The procedure:
Feeding part- washing part (4 pairs of rolling brushes) – pressing water (3 pairs of sponge sticks) – hot wind drying part-Exit part
