with its excellent performance, high-alumina ceramic material is used as the shell material in the interrupter of the vacuum circuit breaker to meet the requirements of the sealing of the shell material and the metal and the vacuum tightness of 10-5-10-3Pa. It is lower than the requirement of 5X10Pa. At the same time, the high-aluminum ceramic shell has higher mechanical strength, longer service life, safe and reliable operation, and compact structure than glass shell. High-alumina porcelain materials with mass fractions of 92% Al2O3 and 95% Al2O3 are commonly used to make ceramic shells. High-alumina ceramic materials are also used to manufacture ceramic parts such as filled knife-type contact fuses with large rated current, filled screw bolt connection fuses, filled round simple cap fuses, and filled semiconductor device protection fuses.

With its good high-temperature insulation performance, high-alumina porcelain materials have been used in mass production of automobile spark plug insulators, high-temperature heat-resistant equipment insulators, such as porcelain sleeves and porcelain shafts for electric precipitator devices. High-alumina porcelain materials can be used to make temperature controllers for household appliances in terms of temperature-resistant equipment; porcelain tubes, beads and columns of heating furnaces; ignition rods, argon arc welding nozzles and gas nozzles that can withstand higher temperatures. In terms of wear-resistant ceramic parts, it can be used to manufacture spray dryer nozzle holes, vortex plates, etc.; nozzles for sandblasting; ceramic balls and ceramic linings for ball mills.
