Quartz Ceramic Roller is a composite component composed of porcelain, bearing, shaft and sealing ring.
Quartz ceramic roller is a key component in glass horizontal tempering furnace. It is mainly used for carrying and conveying glass in glass horizontal tempering furnace. Quartz ceramic roller uses high-purity fused silica as raw material, high bulk density, high strength, small thermal expansion, good thermal shock stability, high dimensional accuracy, high temperature without deformation, long service life and no pollution to glass.
Fused Silica ceramic use fused silica or silica glass as raw material, adopt the ceramic production techniques to make of fused silica material. It has the feature of small thermal expansion coefficient and good thermal stability, good electrical insulation,good resistance to chemical corrosion (except hydrofluoric acid and 300℃ concentrated phosphoric acid), low thermal conductivity, good machinability.
Furthermore it has a feather not same with the other ceramic material,its strength will increase as the temperature higher.
