Designed for ship diesel engines, this axial-flow turbocharger features single-stage turbine and centrifugal compressor with advanced bearing systems.
The VTR series turbocharger is an axial-flow design consisting of single-stage axial-flow turbine and centrifugal compressor. It utilizes outboard support roller bearing and self-supply system with shaft-end centrifugal lube oil pump or gear lube oil pump. The major casing can rotate freely in 15° or 30° intervals according to installation requirements.
