FPM- Z 2000 series foam sheet( pearl wool) bonding machine is essential special equipment for deep processing . it is used to bond  double or multi-layer when the thickness of once forming sheet is insufficient. The thickness after propcessing can reach 4-30mm that expand the applied range of EPE foam sheet.

 

 This machine is based on air as heat transfer medium and use high -temperature wind to blow two pieces of EPE sheets foam sheets by extruding to make the foam sheets compound  thickening .After bonding , the strength and thickeness of foam sheet can be improved . The bonded product is widely used in electronic products packaging ,building inner layer ,sound insulatic and themal insulation etc.
