Usage:

This machine is a newly research and develoed model of Liangyu company, patent No.LZ:2011 2 0203620.7, it is perfect tool for plating the fabric in one meter/yard fold, expecially for T/C,T/R,,filament,Chiffon and knitted fabrics, fabric is single folded and plated at high speed.

Accurate meter/yard folds in high speed fabric plaiting,thus increases production.Fast and easily handled,requiring one operator only, make fold of accurate one meter/yard high speed operation ensure high production.

Features:

1. Infrared activated centering system ensures the allgnment of fabric edge with in 3cm.

2. J-Box can significanty reduce the tension of the farbic during folding process.

3. Non-Contact inductive electronic counter to ensure count is accurate and reliable.

4. Inverter provides variable speed adjustment from 0-60 meter/min.

5. Clear and easy use control panel ensure the workers to operate more conveniently.

6. Front and rear emergency stop switch will increase operational safety.

7. Use flannel,rubber and needle plate for pressing plate according to the nature of fabric.

8. Hydraulic controlled (Server motor is optional) plaiting platform ensure accuracy of plaiting within 1cm.
