Forming machine adopts close forming mould chains, the opening design can make moulds and mould bracket matches exactly and each pair of moulds can be interchanged.
The mold base is made of high-quality alloy and tempered and nitrided. The dovetail groove is used for accurate positioning between the mold base and the module, mechanically locked, and easy to change specifications.
The gliding part on the work-table made by 40Cr, and it adopts iron nitriding technology to strengthen the surface, which has long time use life.
