Pipe extrudering equipment design concepts and features:

1. Based on high-quality, get high-speed and high-output extrusion.

2. Screw and barrel material is 38CrMoALA, nitriding treatment, good wear-resistant.

3. High temperature control accuracy, combination of air-cooling and water cooling. Unique design of feeding mouth, with perfect   water cooling device. Professional symmetric trapezoidal groove bushing.

4. Hardened gear reducer box, high-strength alloy steel shaft, grinding gear with nitriding treatment, inner built splash lubrication  and forced lubrication system, external circulation cooling system.

5. Automatic hopper dryer to prevent metrial dampen.

6. Automatic feeder effectively reduce the labor intensity.

7. Automatic weighing and feeding device is optional, to control the weight per meter of product.

8. PLC/PCC intelligent control system realized the linkage of extruder and assistant devices, the man-machine interface of the HMI is easy to monitor the working process. In accordance with different control requirment, PID control is also avaliable.

9. ZSSJ25/25 co-extruder is optional, the co-extruded with a roller, easy to move, and the ride height and angle can be adjusted,so it''s easy to connect with the mold. This co-extruder can be controlled separately, also synchronous control with the main extruder and auxiliary devices, or connected to the PLC/PCC control system. The mainly usage of the co-extruder is color stripe tube, multi-layer tube, composite profile, and other plastic extrusion production line with special marking requirements. Also based in customer''s requirement, custom-made extruder with special function is also avaliable. L/D range: 13:1 - 37:1.

10. To screw, barrel and reducer, if customer need higher performance, European products are also avaliable.
